We want you to be completely satisfied with your SewingMachine purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all machines and accessories in their original packaging. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your creative projects, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Carefully place the sewing machine and all original accessories, manuals, and foot pedals back into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the machine for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
